Dinto Solar Co., Ltd. (Dinto Solar) was established in September 2017, is the industrialization company of the State Power Investment Corporation (SPIC). It has laid a solid foundation for the industrialization of heterojunction solar cell technology, market promotion and the development of the company.
In January 2023, the 5GW high-efficiency heterojunction photovoltaic cell and module production base project of Dinto Solar with a total investment of more than 5 billion yuan started in Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province. The project adopts the internationally leading high-efficiency copper-metallized crystalline silicon heterojunction photovoltaic cell mass production technology, the average conversion efficiency of mass production exceeds 25.8%, and the highest research and development efficiency reaches 26.49%, ranking among the world's leading level. This is the first domestic mass production base using this technology, the project is located in Longgang and has total planned footprint of over 341 mu, estimated total investment of RMB 5.2 billion and annual output value of RMB 10 billion. It has been selected as major industry project of Zhejiang in 2023..
